Attached Barn

A barn directly attached to the house that does not have interior finishes or living area. The framing system consists of stud construction, usually post-1940 construction.

Included in Cost: Gambrel roof, stud walls with support posts on footings, concrete slab on grade, barn plank siding, roof framing with sheathing, asphalt shingle roof cover, entry door, overhead sectional door with opener, electric outlets, switches, and fluorescent light fixtures.
