Slate

A dense, fine grained, metamorphic rock produced by the compression of various sediments, cut into thin tiles or slabs. Slate comes in many sizes, thicknesses and finishes. Assumes custom roof patterns typical of high value homes.

Included in Cost: Asphalt felt, ΒΌ" thick slate tiles, fasteners, flashing, gutters, downspouts and installation labor.
