A large, custom artwork or painting that is applied directly to a wall in a style that gives the illusion of reality (trompe l'oeil). Assumes custom designs and finishes as well as intricate partition configurations typical of high value homes.
Note: In figuring the percentage, include both sides of the partitions and the inside surface of the exterior wall.
Included in Cost: Labor to hand paint the custom trompe l'oeil mural on wall surface and the cost of the preliminary design and preapproval of a full color rendering of commissioned artwork prior to on-site work.
